| Wilton Classic Butter Cream Icing |

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Crisco Shortening
- 1 Tsp Clear vanilla flavouring
- 8 Tsp Water or milk
- 1 lb Powdered sugar
- 1 Tbs Meringue powder
Instructions
- Add shortening, vanilla and water into a bowl. Begin mixing until contents are creamy
- Begin adding powdered sugar a little at a time until all sugar is incorporated
- Add Meringue Powder and continue mixing until icing is firm
