| Vanilla Cupcakes |

Makes 24 standard cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract {I prefer Vanilla Bean Paste}
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners
- Whisk together: Milk, oil and vanilla extra in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In another medium bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Reduce speed to low and add the flour mixture alternately with the milk mixture in batches, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
- Once all is mixed, fill your cupcake liners 2/3 full.
- Bake15 to 20 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove cupcakes from the baking pan, place on a wire rack and allow to cool completely before frosting.
