Hi, Sweet Bakers!! Happy Thursday to ya!
So today I got cancelled at the hospital, I assume we must have a low census in our unit. But I don’t mind to be cancelled.
Gives me another good reason to catch up on things here at home. So today was mostly a crafty and baking day. Since I’m working tomorrow, I thought I share some cupcakes with my peeps at work.
I made a dozen of Chocolate Cupcakes with Semi-sweet chocolate chips inside topped with Vanilla Butter Cream!! They turned out sooooo yummy! So I call these Double Chocolate Chip Cupcakes!
So the idea of adding caramel was a awesome yummy idea! So I took out my batch of caramel, melted it for 30 seconds and swirled some over…………
Oooops! Big mistake!!! What was I thinking? Note to self, never add melted Caramel on top of Buttercream…. what fool am I!! LOL!
Have to buy some Caramel that you swirl on icecream or something like that! So I decided to just sprinkle some mini chocolate chips.
